A Place to Call Home at Schofield Gardens

Buying a first home is a milestone filled with excitement, anticipation, and plenty of questions. For Nicole North, the journey led her to Schofield Gardens, ALAND’s master planned community offering modern living in a friendly and rapidly growing neighbourhood.
After searching for about six months, Nicole discovered Schofield Gardens, and found an apartment that ticked all her boxes.
“I wanted to find something that was a good fit for my lifestyle, and it took some time to find the right balance of space, location, and design. The main draw for me was the community vibe and the great accessibility to transport, shops, and schools. It’s a friendly and welcoming area, and that really stood out to me,” Nicole recalls.
Schofield Gardens offers a range of one, two, and three bedroom apartments across several stages. The latest release, Jasmine at Schofield Gardens, features apartments with generous ceiling heights, energy efficient appliances, LED lighting, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the spaces.
From the moment Nicole stepped into her apartment, she was impressed by the thoughtful design and high-quality finishes.
“I’m so happy with the design! The layout is spacious and functional, and the finishes are top notch. Everything feels modern, and the attention to detail is excellent — from the sleek kitchen to the quality bathroom fittings. It’s the perfect blend of style and practicality,” she says.
A standout feature for Nicole was the study nook. “I was really impressed by the study nook — it’s a great addition to the space and really helps me balance work and home life.”
Shared amenities are a real highlight at Schofield Gardens. The communal courtyard is lush and inviting, with landscaped gardens, a children’s playground, barbecue areas, and plenty of seating encouraging residents to socialise and get to know their neighbours.
“The shared amenities are fantastic! The gardens are beautifully maintained, and I can’t wait to enjoy them more as the weather warms up. The BBQ area is perfect for socialising and really adds a sense of community to the complex,” Nicole shares.
Sustainability was also an important factor in Nicole’s decision.’
“The energy efficient features, such as the solar panels and water saving designs, were a big draw for me. I’m glad to be living in a property that’s mindful of the environment,” she says.
Schofield Gardens has everything you would expect from a modern, fast-growing urban community. Commuting is simple with Schofields Train Station within walking distance, connecting to Parramatta CBD, Emu Plains, Blacktown, Richmond and Sydney CBD. Tallawong Station is also nearby, providing access to the new rapid transit Sydney Metro Northwest Line.
Buying off the plan can be a daunting experience, but ALAND made the process smooth and reassuring for Nicole.
“The ALAND sales team was excellent! They were professional, friendly, and responsive, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. They really made the process smooth and straightforward, which I appreciated a lot,” she says.
