ALAND Secures Landmark Cherrybrook Metro Precinct Site Through Landcom Tender

 

ALAND is proud to announce it has been awarded the contract for the Cherrybrook Station Precinct, a major mixed-use community adjacent to Cherrybrook Metro that will transform 3.96 hectares of government-owned land into a vibrant, transit-oriented neighbourhood for Sydney’s Northwest.

The site is currently zoned to accommodate around 410 homes within a mixed use environment. The plans approximately half a hectare of publicly accessible open space, reinforcing the precinct’s focus on inclusivity, sustainability and enhanced liveability.

The site will become the village heart of the Cherrybrook Station Precinct. Its location beside Sydney Metro positions the community to benefit from exceptional transport access, leafy pedestrian links and a mix of local amenity. Subject to rezoning, development approval is anticipated in 2027, with staged delivery to follow over an eight-year program.
