As Project Coordinator / Contracts Administrator your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working within the Construction Team and under the instruction of Site Management to carry out the scope of work on multi-level, high rise residential apartment developments 
  • Administering the contract through all stages of construction
  • Developing a thorough knowledge of the contract including obligations in regards to time, costs and local council regulations
  • Ensuring company procedures are followed by all subcontractors including subcontractor material procurement
  • Co-ordinating documentation between the administration and construction teams
  • Preparation of project cost reports and forecasts each month, including preparation and review of site bill of quantities
  • Administering internal and external variations
  • Reviewing and approving invoices from sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Assisting with the coordination of trades on site
  • Liaising with local councils in regards to regulations and contract specifics
  • Attending meetings and providing construction updates as required
  • Attending site as required

To be successful you will have: 

  • Min three (3) years Construction experience ideally including a mix of both Contracts Administration and Site Coordination experience
  • Construction industry related Degree or Trade qualifications
  • Team player and collaborative nature
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A desire to stay long-term and develop within the organisation
