    Project acquisitions are exclusively overseen by ALAND’s Director, CEO and Head of Development. This core group leverages the strengths and experience of all senior leaders within the business to meticulously identify and test project assumptions prior to any acquisition. To make the cut, opportunities must meet or exceed project performance requirements and internal ALAND standards, but also meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and market conditions and emerging trends.

A development team’s responsibility is to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are working together in order to design, obtain approval for, build, and sell the new properties.
