ALAND commended at International Property Awards

Leading property developer ALAND has been named winner of the Residential Development award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards, for Bottlebrush, the first stage of its major Schofields development.

The prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts.  Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.

“We’re pleased to have been recognised for our high quality Schofield Gardens development in these prestigious and highly competitive awards,” ALAND Managing Director Andrew Hrsto said.

“ALAND is committed to offering home buyers affordable apartments and a sense of community, without compromising on design.”

ALAND’s Bottlebrush development is at the cutting edge of innovation.  The development introduced new construction methodologies, including CSR’s Hebel power panel, as well as solar panels and Tesla batteries, in what are market-leading sustainability measures.  The energy produced by the solar panels is stored in Tesla batteries and used to power communal areas, reducing the amount of power required to be drawn from the grid.

ALAND has experienced a surge in sales in its western Sydney Schofields development, as the broader Sydney property market booms.  Last month, the company made the decision to bring forward the release apartments in Breynia, stage six of Schofields development, due to unprecedented demand.  The 177 apartments in the development were originally scheduled to be released for sale in early 2022.
