Archibald by ALAND Wins Major Award
Archibald by ALAND, a $375 million project in the heart of Gosford, has been named Australia’s Best Mixed-Use Development at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
The finalists, who came from 25 countries across the region, were unveiled at a gala event in May, with Archibald by ALAND taking out the top award in its category.
Judges went one step further, naming Archibald by ALAND as a Five Star Winner, meaning that the Central Coast development will now compete against other regional winners for a chance to take out the top Asia Pacific Mixed-Use Development award.
If successful, Archibald by ALAND will then qualify for the Grand Final which is being held in London early next year.
A spokesperson for The International Property Awards says that there are usually two award-winners at the country level, but only one of these is given Five Star status.
“Five Star is the top award,” she said.
“So, your project, Archibald by ALAND, has won the top award for Mixed Use Development Australia. You are now competing for Best Mixed Use Development Asia Pacific.
