The Hon. John Ajaka, the former president of the NSW Legislative Council, joined the ALAND Board in February 2025. During his 14 years in state parliament Mr Ajaka, a lawyer, held several ministerial portfolios, including Ageing, Disability Services and Multiculturalism, and sat on many parliamentary committees. During his time at ALAND, he aims to support the company in its quest to build high‑quality homes and to create thriving new communities across Sydney and the Central Coast
