Parramatta Eels NRL major sponsor ALAND gives one lucky fan the chance to win a new apartment

How many toy building bricks does it take to build a major high rise residential development?  That is the $550,000 question of this year’s NRL season, especially if you’re a Parramatta Eels fan.

Leading Sydney property developer ALAND and major jersey sponsor of the Parramatta Eels rugby league team, is giving away a chance to win a stunning brand new apartment to the person who guesses the closest number of toy bricks contained in a replica of its Paramount on Parkes residential development in Parramatta.

“The upcoming Parramatta development is brilliantly located in the geographic heart of Sydney  and at a perfect price point for both investors and first home buyers,” said ALAND sales director Mark Bernberg.

“This competition is a unique opportunity for one lucky person to own their own dream home in the booming Parramatta precinct.”

The replica, built by Cade Franklin, who was crowned the 2019 winner of LEGO Masters, will be on display at all of the Parramatta Eels home games this season, starting this weekend.

The winner of the guessing competition will be invited to attend ALAND’s Paramount on Parkes display centre on Saturday, 11 September to select one key from a barrel of 250.  If they select the correct key, they win a one-bedroom apartment worth $550,000.

The Paramount on Parkes development will be made up of 366 apartments and ground floor retail outlets.

ALAND has been the major sponsor of the Parramatta Eels since 2017.
