The following group/s of participants are permitted to participate in this offer:
(a) The Gladstone Village residential unit owners
Participation – age restriction
Residents must be over 18 years or age or have the authorisation of their parent / guardian to claim an offer.
Offer Program Period
9:00am AEST on 1/02/2024 to the earlier of:
(a) 5:00pm AEST on 30/06/2024; and
(b) 3 months after settlement of the final The Gladstone Village Quartz unit.
Are there limitations on the Offer?
There is only one (1) offer available per retailer for each unit settled regardless of how purchasers are listed on the contract of sale.
Liability
Any offer supplied by a third party supplier is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party supplier. The offer may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If those guarantees are not complied with, then you will have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those guarantees and rights, the Promoter shall not be liable and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for damage to property, personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this Incentive except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law including as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter will not be responsible nor liable for any changes to the Prize / Prize value following the Offer Program Period. The Participant warrants that they will not pursue the Promoter in the circumstances where a third-party has altered the Prize / Prize value.
Termination of Offer Program
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Offer Program at any time without liability to any participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
